All jewelry purchases may be returned within 30 days from the day we ship your Jewelry for a full refund or store credit; minus shipping charges from the total purchase price.
The return package must be received by us within 30 days from the day we ship
your package. The Jewelry must not be used, damaged, size, scratched, or altered in any way. You must
also return your jewelry with a copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number (RA). To receive your RA number, please email us with your order number
or your name by clicking
here or call us at 213-239-9726. Please ship your jewelry prepaid via a track-able carrier such as UPS or FEDEX and insured for the full purchase price. Classybrand.com is not responsible for any returned jewelry that are lost.
Before sending your jewelry for return, please contact us by clicking
here for return authorization number (RA). Once you have been issued an RA number,
please send your jewelry back to us at our mailing address.
Please include the following information before sending your jewelry so that we
can properly identify your order. If you do send the jewelry back without the RA
number, we reserve the right to refuse your package

Once we receive your package, we will inspect to make sure that the jewelry is not damaged or altered in anyway. We simply need the item back as they were when we sent them to you.
After the inspection is passed, we will issue your credit in the same manner of
payment we received. We will refund the whole amount you paid minus the shipping
and insurance charges. The shipping and insurance cost will be around $4 to $25
dollars. If your item was shipped standard it will be around 4 dollars, and $24
for next day airs. The insurance value may differ depending on the cost of the
watch. Generally the total deduction should not exceed $4 to $25 ranges.
