Subject to the following arbitration provision these terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, and (the 'Parties') you and Classybrand.com agree to and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Los Angeles County, California. Any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions will be brought
to the federal, or state courts presiding in Los Angeles County, California, U.S.A., and all parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.
